Artisanal Lemon Panettone with PGI Amalfi and Syracuse lemons. The soft and yellow dough is richly filled with PGI Amalfi lemon cream, sultanas and minced and candied lemon peel, which give an intense and persistent citrus aroma. The basic ingredients are all fresh: eggs from free-range hens, milk and mountain butter and cream. The 72 hours of patient craftsmanship and natural leavening starting from sourdough, give the Panettone Limoni great softness and digestibility.
