Vadouvan is a sophisticated French interpretation of Indian-inspired curry powder. We hand blend more than two-dozen classic curry spices with aromatic onion, garlic and freeze-dried shallot to create our Vadouvan French Masala Curry.   Ground to fine powder with flecks of spices.  Elegant curry flavor with garlic and shallots.  Golden curry color with multicolored spices

Suggested Use:
Use Curry Powder to season dal, a lentil soup popular all over South Asia. Curry can also be added to cooking vegetables and is great when combined with tomatoes, saffron and cream. Blend Curry with some melted butter and brush on fish before grilling or broiling. Curry is also good on roasted potatoes
