For three generations the Arnaud family has been curing and selling traditional Provencal olives in the small town of Fontvieille -en-Provence, France. These Nicoise style coquillos olives are in a sea salt brine and are perfect for appetizers, salads and pairing with cheese!

Coquillos olives are one of the smallest olives cultivated with very little flesh between the snappy skin and large pit but it is their intense flavour: smooth with some bitterness and nutty nuances that makes them a favourite in the bistros, bars and restaurants all over the world.
